Have you notice that specially here in the US it’s so easy to add so many things to salads? We have Ranch, Greek, blue cheese, all kinds of croutons with pretty much any kind of flavor but so often we end up having a plate filled of dressings instead of just enjoying our veggies the natural way?
Well, our advice is that you go back to the basics: Salt, lemon and olive oil. And yes, you can still add something if you really need it, but try to remember that sometimes, the less you add, the healthier it is.
Yes to the spices, but just don’t cover all the natural colors of vegetables with too much Ranch! ♥
